RV Site Rates

Storage Rates
RV storage and a variety of unit sizes available. All storage areas include 24/7 video surveillance and on-site staff oversight.
Pricing varies by RV length and storage size. Fill out our reservation form or call us to discuss options.
Deposit Policy
We require a fully refundable deposit equal to one month’s rent before move-in. The deposit amount is based on your RV’s length and the number of people and pets in your party.
Your deposit is fully refundable when you provide advance notice of your move-out date as outlined in your rental agreement.
Payment
We accept credit card and check payments. We do not accept cash.
Payment details and portal access are available to current tenants via the Tenant Portal.
Site Conditions & Policies
All RVs must be manufactured by a recognized maker and be fully self-contained (with electricity and a bathroom). We are unable to accommodate tents, car/van camping, modified buses, or homemade RV builds. There are no public showers on-site.
Pet Policy: 2 dogs maximum per site. $25/month per dog. Proof of current vaccinations required. Waste must be cleaned up promptly — a doggie station is available on property.
