Park Guidelines
Welcome to Pacific RV Park!
The guidelines below are here to help everyone enjoy a comfortable, safe, and respectful community. For a full breakdown of rules and regulations, please refer to your rental agreement.
Rates & Space Overview
We provide short- and long-term RV space rentals as well as monthly RV storage. All live-in spaces include full sewer, electric, and water hookups (30 amp and 50 amp available), complimentary Wi-Fi, and access to on-site laundry facilities.
A refundable deposit is required prior to move-in. The amount varies based on RV length and the number of occupants and pets. For specific rate information, visit our Rates page or call us at (310) 740-3542.
RV Requirements
Approved RVs Only
All RVs must bear an insignia of approval with a registry number and manufacturer’s date, and must comply with California State Standards. RVs with visible exterior damage may be denied accommodation. One RV per site. Sleeping outside the RV is not permitted.
Guest Responsibilities
Please share these guidelines with any visitors staying with you so everyone can enjoy their time at the park.
Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children at all times. If you experience an issue on-site, report it to the site manager as soon as possible at (310) 740-3542.
Each site is allocated one parking space. Your parking tag must be clearly displayed in your vehicle window at all times. We cannot accommodate more than one vehicle per site.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed daily from 23:00 to 07:00. Generators are not permitted on property at any time.
Pet Policy
The charge for dogs is $25 per month per dog, with a maximum of two (2) dogs per site. Proof of current rabies vaccination and a valid license are required for all dogs.
Pets must be kept on a leash of 2 m or less at all times. Pets may not be left unattended indoors or outdoors, and must not cause a disturbance to other residents. You are required to clean up after your pet — a doggie station is located at the park entrance for your convenience.
Restricted breeds: No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, or any mix of these breeds are permitted.
Site & Park Use
Please keep all personal property within your assigned site. The following items are not permitted on-site: tents, canopies, tarps, screen houses, portable garages, storage trailers, sheds, shelters, or enclosed vehicle trailers. If you require additional storage, contact us — we may have options available.
Sewer connections must be equipped with proper fittings at both ends. All waste must be placed in trash receptacles located throughout the park.
Laundry
The on-site laundry room is open daily. Please do not leave laundry unattended in machines.
Signage & Compliance
All posted signs, notices, and management directions must be followed at all times. Pacific RV Park is not responsible for damage to or loss of personal possessions, vehicles, or property, or for injury to any occupant or guest.
Vehicles in violation of park rules are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
